Q: My confirmation e-mail has not arrived yet, is something wrong?

A: It can take up to 5 minutes to recieve your confirmation e-mail. If you have waited and the e-mail still has not arrived, please contact our sales team at sales@cipwholesale.com

Q: When will I get my order?

A: If you've ordered on the weekend we will package and ship your order on the next business day. If you've placed your order after 5:00 PM on a weekday, your order will be processed the following business day. Once your order is sent out you will receive a tracking number in an e-mail.

Q: What security measures are in place to make sure my personal data is safe?

A: At Candian Industrial Plastics Wholesale we take protecting sensitive information very seriously. Our website uses the latest Internet Standard SSL (secure socket layer) protocol. This means that whenever a user sends private information (eg. credit card number, adresses) it gets encrypted into jumbled up data while it gets sent to our server.  We are the only ones who can decrypt the data into readable information with the use of a unique key.
